Welcome to RRG Deals (“RRG Deals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, Explorer Pass system, PMS tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
RRG Deals LLC is a Kentucky limited liability company. The Platform operates as a marketplace that connects guests with property owners (“Hosts”) offering short-term rental accommodations and participating businesses offering promotional experiences.
RRG Deals is the Merchant of Record for all transactions processed through the Platform.
RRG Deals does not own, operate, manage, or control any rental property or participating business.
RRG Deals is not responsible for misrepresentation of age by users.
All payments are processed by RRG Deals as Merchant of Record through Stripe or other authorized payment processors.
RRG Deals retains a 10% commission on all bookings. This commission is non-refundable.
RRG Deals operates as a last-minute flash booking platform. All bookings are final.
Guests are not entitled to refunds.
Hosts may, at their sole discretion, choose to issue a refund. If a Host elects to issue a refund:
RRG Deals reserves the right, but is not obligated, to issue refunds in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or legal requirement.
If a guest initiates a chargeback:
Explorer Pass purchases:
Participating businesses operate independently. RRG Deals:
RRG Deals may, at its discretion, substitute comparable offers.
Hosts agree to:
Hosts are solely responsible for:
Repeated double bookings or cancellations may result in downranking or suspension.
RRG Deals may provide property management software (“PMS”) to Hosts.
RRG Deals is not liable for sync errors, API failures, or third-party outages.
RRG Deals may collect and use:
RRG Deals may share anonymized and aggregated booking metrics with analytics partners under confidentiality agreements.
No personally identifiable guest data is sold.
Users are automatically enrolled in marketing communications but may unsubscribe at any time.
RRG Deals may suspend or terminate accounts with notice for:
RRG Deals may modify commission rates with notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RRG Deals’ total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to RRG Deals by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
RRG Deals shall not be liable for:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRG Deals from claims arising out of:
All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Kentucky under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by written notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
