Guests are not entitled to refunds for:

Hosts may choose, at their sole discretion, to issue a refund.
If a Host elects to issue a refund:
RRG Deals does not guarantee that a Host will approve a refund request.
If a Host cancels a reservation:
RRG Deals may assist in relocating a guest to another available property where possible.
RRG Deals is not responsible for:
Hosts are solely responsible for property readiness and legal compliance.
Refunds for these situations, if issued, are at the Host's discretion.
RRG Deals reserves the right, but is not obligated, to issue refunds in cases of fraud, material misrepresentation, or legal requirement.
If a guest initiates a chargeback:
RRG Deals may reverse previously issued payouts to recover disputed amounts.
Explorer Pass purchases:
If a participating business closes or modifies its offer:
If a Host elects to issue a refund:
RRG Deals is not responsible for bank processing delays.
